Our factory, specializing in hydraulic hose series, covers an area of 93,000 square meters, including a 56,100-square-meter workshop. Our hoses are made according to the standards of DIN EN853SN/SAE 100 RAT, ST/A; DIN EN857 SC, DIN EN856; DIN EN854; DIN EN855; ISO, GB/T, and more. Our conveyor belts are made according to DIN22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS173/2000, IS1891, BS490, JIS K 6322, and NFM81-671, LOM99.001, PN93/C-05013, CSAM422/M87, GB/T, and more.

Our inspection equipment, capable of monitoring, inspecting, and testing all technical parameters, is sourced from renowned manufacturers, ensuring reliable quality control. Another critical factor in achieving superior quality is the use of high-grade raw materials: for natural rubber, we select visually pristine, low-impurity varieties imported from Thailand or Malaysia. Both natural rubber and synthetic rubber are sourced from overseas.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Since the company was founded, we have been well aware that quality is the foundation of a company's survival. Therefore, we always put quality first, and we have a fully automated production line. All products undergo rigorous testing before shipment.
Quality Control Procedures
For raw materials, we conduct inspections after procurement. Subsequently, we weigh the materials according to the precise weight specified by the formula machinery. Next, the system automatically processes materials such as rubber sheets and steel wires, ultimately producing flexible hoses. After hose production is complete, we take samples for impact tests, pressure tests, and other inspections. Only products that meet quality standards are shipped.
